Sasha Reed, mechanic at Tennessee Valley Bicycles and all around badass built up this incredible Private Jake and when she sent over the photos, we had a sudden urge to go gravel riding. Take a trip around this bike with us…

Sasha bought this frame from her co-worker Colin, who had forgotten he owned it because it spent years hiding under the shop stairs. The SRAM Force Carbon Crankset had been installed by Colin, and Sasha added in the SRAM Rival 11spd Drivetrain.

She also built up these baller wheels featuring I9 Hubs and Nox Carbon Rims which is a rad local company out of Knoxville.

For stopping power Sasha opted for the TRP Spyre Mechanical brakes.

As an homage to her roots and for a little extra purple flare, Sasha added a TVB top cap.

This frame features Kona Race Light 7005 Aluminum Butted and was designed around CX racing and fast days in the mud. Sasha is already signed up for her first gravel race, the Hardford 50.
