Tom is a rider and coffee connoisseur based out of Sussex, England. He built up this ride to crush everything from trail centres to amateur XC races. He even raced the South Downs way – 100 miles and 12,000ft of climbing – all onboard his Process. The build starts off strong with Vittoria Barzos wheels paired up with Hope Pro 4 Hubs, and Vittoria Barzo tiresset set up tubeless with Reserve Fillmore valves.

For the drivetrain you’ll find a GX AXS derailleur with SRAM XX1 chain (gold) and 10-52 cassette (rainbow) paired with an oval AbsoluteBlack chainring in red.

For a rear shock he’s running a Fox Float X2

Stopping power is taken care of from a bit lockdown mix and match (based simply on the best parts Tom could get hold of!) –  XT levers with Saint hoses, XTR 4 pot calipers, sintered pads and BetterBolts rainbow oil slick bolts

Tom is running a Reverb AXS post with 150mm drop, paired up with a Fabric Scoop Shallow Elite saddle, some more BetterBolts rainbow bling and a British made Pembree seat clamp. He switches out to a Thomson Elite rigid post for longer endurance rides.

For suspension up front Tom has got a Fox 34 Factory fork with 140mm travel and 51mm offset. He opted for the Fit4 damper version, it’s one of the lightest in its class, gives simple adjustability and takes a hammering.

The cockpit features more color. A kash money gold RaceFace Turbine R stem with BetterBolts oil slick titanium bolts, OneUp EDC lite tool and a trusty Hope headset, it’s 8 years old! The stem is paired up with a Renthal FatBar Lite 35 bar in low rise at the stock 760mm width and Ergon grips!
